Partner terms
Partner terms for submitted inventory, attribution, and payout.
These partner terms govern every inventory submission, attribution, listing, sale, commission, payout, and partner-facing use of Aceon Sales.
No purchase guarantee: Aceon may accept, reject, remove, relist, reprice, pause, or decline any partner-submitted inventory at its discretion.
Title and authority: The partner represents that it has the full legal right to submit, market, and authorize sale of any inventory supplied to Aceon, free of undisclosed liens, claims, theft issues, or legal restrictions.
OCR and label-data limitation: Aceon uses OCR and related label-scanning workflows to read drive labels and build listing data. These automated or semi-automated processes can make mistakes, omissions, or transcription errors, and Aceon does not accept responsibility for losses, mismatches, listing issues, or downstream disputes caused by OCR or label-reading errors.
Drive readiness minimum: Partners should only send drives that at least mount on a computer. Aceon may refuse, downgrade, or discard lots that arrive materially inconsistent with the submitted condition notes.
Data wiping expectation: Partners are encouraged to wipe drives before shipment. Aceon may also wipe drives during intake, testing, catalog preparation, or other handling.
No responsibility for leftover data: Partners remain fully responsible for any data left on submitted drives. Aceon accepts no responsibility for leftover files, residual customer data, privacy exposure, or losses caused by a partner sending media that was not fully sanitized.
Final sale to end buyer: All storefront buyer sales are final. Partner inventory placed into Aceon Sales is subject to the same final-sale structure and no partner may promise refunds, warranties, or post-sale relief on Aceon’s behalf.
Bitcoin-only storefront: Aceon operates the storefront on a Bitcoin-only payment basis. Buyer settlement method is determined by Aceon, and partner participation is deemed acceptance of that payment posture.
Payout discretion and timing: Any partner payout, commission, revenue share, or vendor remittance timing remains subject to Aceon’s accounting, fraud review, holdback, charge-risk review, dispute handling, and internal payout policy.
International shipment risk: For internationally shipped sales, the partner acknowledges that customs, export/import compliance, restrictions, and delivery complications can affect timing or outcome without creating liability for Aceon.
No employment or agency: The partner is an independent business counterparty, not an employee, franchisee, joint venturer, or legal agent of Aceon.
No guaranteed visibility: Aceon does not guarantee listing prominence, sales velocity, minimum price, sale conversion, recurring demand, or any specific revenue level for partner-submitted inventory.
Indemnity: The partner agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Aceon harmless from claims arising from title defects, inaccurate submissions, regulatory breach, IP issues, misrepresentation, unsafe goods, or third-party disputes tied to partner-submitted inventory.
Liability limit: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aceon’s aggregate liability to any partner is limited to unpaid amounts actually due from a completed sale for the specific inventory item at issue, and excludes indirect or consequential damages.
Program changes: Aceon may modify partner policies, payout structure, eligibility, listing treatment, and operational rules at any time by updating the live terms.
