Buyer terms

Buyer terms for donor-drive sales and international shipment.

Aceon only accepts Bitcoin for payment. All sales are final. These buyer terms apply to every inquiry, quote, invoice, shipment, and sale through the Aceon Sales storefront.

Bitcoin-only payment: Aceon accepts Bitcoin only for storefront sales, invoices, and related order settlement. No credit, chargeback, bank-transfer, PayPal, cheque, or alternate payment method is offered unless Aceon expressly agrees in signed writing.

Buyer responsibility: Aceon may sell to any buyer, but each buyer is solely responsible for confirming suitability, compatibility, lawful use, and fitness for the buyer’s own intended purpose before payment.

All sales final: Every sale is final. No cancellation, return, refund, exchange, reversal, or credit is available once Aceon issues or accepts the final invoice, except where Aceon independently agrees in signed writing.

OCR and label-data limitation: Aceon uses OCR and related label-reading workflows to extract drive information from photos and labels. These automated or semi-automated processes can make mistakes, omissions, or transcription errors, and Aceon does not accept responsibility for losses, mismatches, or downstream issues caused by OCR or label-reading errors.

Compatibility responsibility: The buyer is solely responsible for verifying exact compatibility, including make, model, family, firmware, PCB, interface, revision, site code, date code, and any other donor-critical or deployment-critical characteristic before payment.

As-is sale: All inventory is sold strictly as-is, with all faults, and without any express or implied warranty, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, recoverability, continued operability, or suitability for any intended use.

Shipment and international delivery: Aceon may ship internationally, but routing, import restrictions, customs compliance, brokerage, duties, taxes, insurance, local regulations, and delivery acceptance are the buyer’s responsibility unless Aceon expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Loss and delay risk: Carrier performance, transit delay, seizure, customs hold, border delay, and destination-country restrictions are outside Aceon’s control. Shipment dates are estimates only.

No consequential damages: Aceon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, consequential, project-delay, profit-loss, revenue-loss, substitute-sourcing, data-loss, recovery-failure, or business-interruption damages.

Liability cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aceon’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount actually paid to Aceon for the specific item giving rise to the claim.

Order discretion: Aceon may refuse, cancel, limit, or decline any inquiry, quote, account, or order at any time before final written acceptance.

Buyer indemnity: The buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Aceon harmless from claims, costs, penalties, losses, and third-party demands arising from misuse, mismatch, resale, export/import breach, integration failure, or downstream use of the purchased inventory.

Governing posture: If any term is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in force to the maximum extent allowed by law.
